At Portland Neon, we make every attempt to ensure our customers are happy. That is why we only sell top quality Everbrite Neon signs and have them shipped in their original factory packaging.

Portland Neon Online Return Policy:
Portland Neon stands behind the quality of our products. If you ever receive defective or incorrect merchandise, please contact us immediately to arrange replacement. All sales are final and any defects or damage must be reported within 7 days of receipt for consideration. We will make sure you get exactly what you ordered in perfect condition. However, we cannot accept returns or cancellations of shipped or processed orders for any reason.

All orders are shipped ground via either UPS or Parcel Post (for PO Boxes). To shorten delivery time and enhance availability product may either ship from our Portland, OR warehouse or the Manufacturer's warehouse in California. Inventory is maintained or available to be made in all styles displayed on this web site.

In general, orders ship from the warehouse in approximately 3 - 5 business days. Some custom items may take up to 2 weeks maximum to ship. We update our website regularly with items in stock. You can check the status of your order any time via our website, or contact us if you have not received a tracking number within 2 weeks.

Shipping charges are based on actual UPS Ground charges based on the weight of product ordered and the shipping zones.

Why Portland Neon has the lowest online Neon prices anywhere!

Portland Neon is an authorized distributor of Everbrite, one of the largest Neon Sign manufacturers in the US. They have minimum resale prices and we always sell their signs at the lowest prices allowed. You may find a lot of similar sites with the same products, but don't waste your time. Our prices are the lowest allowed, and most sites sell the same products for significantly more.

If you find the same sign made by Everbrite on sale for less, we will refund you 110% of the difference in price. You must contact us within 15 days of ordering, and it must be for identical item from an authorized source in new condition. We will also consider the complete cost including shipping in comparing prices. Please email us with the website page url, as well as your order number and the amount you are claiming. We will respond and refund any money due within 1 week.
